Where
the buffalo roam, and the deer
and the antelope play… |
With
abundant wildlife and geological wonders, there
is something for everyone to enjoy in the first-ever
national park, Yellowstone. Over half of the world’s
20,000 geysers are located within Yellowstone, and
the area is know for the large numbers of hot springs,
fumaroles, and teaming pools of evanescent colors
and algae.
Yellowstone’s
boundaries encompass some of America’s most
spectacular untouched wilderness: jagged peaks,
percolating streams, endless forests, bubbling creeks,
rugged canyons, gushing rivers, crystal-clear lakes,
and alpine meadows. Nature runs by its own time
schedule in Yellowstone. You’ll discover that
once you get there, it won’t be long before
the show begins. This is a place to sit still and
let the magic of nature take you away.

One
of the most amazing highlights of Glacier National Park
is a drive on the Going-to-the-Sun Road in one of the
park’s infamous Jammers. Safely journey from one
side of the park to the other in a comfortable bright-red
Jammer as you wind through tight curves, hug mountainsides
and even catch a glimpse straight down the edge of the
road!
The
Jammers travel along the park’s Going-to-the-Sun
Road, an engineering marvel that spans approximately 50
miles, and is an inspiration to all who travel it. Your
journey along this famed highway in one of the park’s
vintage red buses, known as a “Jammer”, will
lead you to a number of historic inns and lodges, and
you’ll be treated to an abundance of wildlife throughout
this protected area and some of the area’s most
memorable vistas. You’ll even have the thrill of
riding across the Continental Divide!
