Chocolate Peanut
Butter Confections
(48 Confections)
•
1 cup peanut butter
• 2 cups confectioner sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• dash salt
• 1 pkg. (6oz.) semisweet
chocolate bits
• 1/2 stick paraffin
Mix
peanut butter, sugar, butter and salt. Form into small balls;
place a toothpick in each. Chill about 2 hours. In top of
double boiler over hot water, melt chocolate and paraffin.
Dip peanut butter balls into chocolate; drop onto waxed
paper. Store in refrigerator or freeze. Enjoy!

new law taking effect June 1, 2009, passports will now
be required for all travelers returning to the United
States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Bermuda
